Commemoration of the second centenary
of Cheikh Sidi Ahmed Tijani's death

On behalf of the descendants of Cheikh Sidi Ahmed Tijani, the Council of directors of the Tijaniya

order, from its headquarter at Fes, where the big zaouiya, and the grave of Sidna cheikh are, announces
to different zaouiyas all over the world, that on the 1430 of hegira, two centuries would have been run
out, since the death of the Cheikh.

We also remind on this occasion all the Tijani centres, without exception, to celebrate this

commemoration, and therefore organize events locally and regionally, with the aim to disclose the
"salafi" nature of the order founded on the Coran and Suna.

We will let you know in later stages, about programs of this event, which should be the

opportunity to make sure of the aim of such spiritual, cultural, and social gathering, in terms of
spreading the Islamic spirit, and the appeal for the firm attachment to the inexorable path to God, in
addition to the participation to strengthen all aspects of the genuine Islamic civilisation, starting from
programs of the new statute, which has been diffused all over the world, this statute that we will strive to
put into practice with the high assistance of Amir alMouminine Mohammed VI, God glorifies him, who
sponsors the religious affairs, looking after the strengthening of the civilisational and spiritual entity,
thanks to projects that he achieved in all fields, making sure of the raising of his blessed kingdom.
